Alma, the Paris-based fintech leader, is hiring a Revenue Systems Lead to own and evolve the revenue stack centered on Salesforce, with Gong and Aircall integrations. You will shape architecture, scope projects, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to scale across markets and products.

You will work in a hybrid setup from Alma’s Paris HQ, driving data trust, governance, and AI-powered automation across the Revenue org.

Formación

• 3–7 years of experience in Sales Systems, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Solutions Engineering or a similar go-to-market systems role.
• Deep hands-on experience administering and architecting Salesforce or an equivalent CRM at scale with integrations to call intelligence, telephony and marketing automation.
• Ability to take ambiguous business problems, scope independently and deliver reliable systems or processes without relying on a technical team.
• Business-first mindset with ownership, and excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilidades

• Own Alma’s Revenue systems architecture and data model, ensuring the stack works as a coherent system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Partnerships and Finance to understand needs and implement scalable solutions.
• Connect CRM data to the Data Warehouse and Looker layer, ensuring trustworthy reporting that reflects actual business operations.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows and automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
