Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping products in the Crypto Lending or Trading space.
• Strong understanding of Risk Management and trade execution in crypto and DeFi.
• Experience working with large institutions in DeFi or Traditional Finance.
• Understanding of technical web development fundamentals (APIs, SDKs, etc.).
• Proven experience working directly with Engineering teams to deliver 0-to-1 products.
• Exceptional organization and communication skills with a low-ego, high-ownership mindset.

• Set the product vision and strategy for the Prime Products vertical.
• Develop a deep understanding of various stakeholders' needs.
• Understand the crypto lending space, both centralized and decentralized.
• Shape products that stakeholders rely on to manage risk.
