Cross Border Talents is seeking a support engineer for a French fintech platform that automates accounting and finance for SMEs. You will handle escalated tickets, reproduce and diagnose application errors, and query customer data in the MySQL database. Collaboration with the team uses Postman, Slack, and MS Office to reach root causes.

• Fluent French required and essential.

Mansioni

• Take over escalated tickets, chats and video calls not resolved by L2.
• Reproduce, analyze, and diagnose application errors.
