Formación

• Fluent French is essential.
• English B2 required for training in English.
• Working knowledge of MySQL/SQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket-handling skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication with customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Take over escalated tickets, chats and video calls unresolved by L2.
• Diagnose and reproduce application errors.
• Check customer data directly in MySQL to catch issues at the source.
• Collaborate with Postman, Slack and the support team to identify root causes.
• Propose improvements to management based on incidents.
