Qualifications

• Native or near-native French with English (B2) proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with software/IT applications.
• Experience with MySQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle 3rd-line technical support inquiries and escalated issues via calls and chat.
• Perform deep-dive analysis of application errors and bugs.
• Verify client data in the database to ensure accuracy.
• Suggest improvements based on incidents to leadership.
• Assist end-users in troubleshooting and guiding software usage.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
