Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a customer support/tech troubleshoot role based in France but offering remote work with occasional in-person days. You will handle escalated tickets, reproduce and diagnose errors, and query MySQL databases to catch issues at the source.

You’ll collaborate with the team using Postman and Slack, and contribute improvements to management. Ideal candidates have native-level French, English B2 for training, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent French language is required.
• English B2 level required for training.
• Working knowledge of MySQL/SQL, Postman, Slack and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and ticket-handling skills.
• Clear written and spoken communication, customer focus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take over escalated tickets, chats and video calls that L2 couldn't close.
• Dig into application errors: reproduce, analyse, diagnose
• Check customer data directly in the database (MySQL) to catch errors at the source
• Work with Postman, Slack and the support team to get to the root cause
• Propose improvements to management based on the incidents you see
• Join the company's ongoing training and development programmes
