Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Senior Commercial Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support. You will translate business needs into hiring strategies, develop targeted sourcing, and coach peers in a fast-moving, international environment.

The role requires hands-on delivery with senior stakeholders, expertise in direct sourcing, market intel, and ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering senior, complex hires across commercial functions.
• Experience managing leadership and director-level recruitment.
• Hands-on player-coach balancing delivery with coaching.
• Strong stakeholder management to influence senior decisions.
• Advanced direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and offers.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to align with business objectives.
• Excellent judgment and discretion in confidential matters.
• Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market intelligence.
• Hands-on experience using Greenhouse for workflow management.
• Familiarity with recruitment automation/tools is a plus.
• Autonomy and proactive problem-solving.
• Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based hiring.
• Excellent English communication across international organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership and critical roles across Commercial, Operations, and Support.
• Translate business objectives into hiring strategies with role scope, seniority, location, and compensation.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using mapping, direct sourcing, and personalized engagement.
• Facilitate kick-offs, calibration sessions, and hiring discussions.
• Assess leadership potential and transferable skills in evolving requirements.
• Manage senior-level candidate relationships, negotiations, and offers.
• Coach Talent Acquisition colleagues in search reviews and calibration.
• Support priority vacancies with hands-on execution.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to prioritize needs and improve team delivery.
• Use data and market intel to identify risks and suggest improvements.
• Maintain recruitment records and reporting in Greenhouse.
• Drive improvements in sourcing, assessment, and tech, including automation.
• Promote structured, inclusive recruitment practices and reusable tools.
