Job summary

Ringover is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team. You’ll source candidates, run first calls, and partner with hiring managers across France, Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia. You’ll drive employer branding and coordinate recruiting events while building efficient hiring processes.

You will grow quickly in a fast-paced, international environment, with ownership from day one and a focus on finding the right talent for Sales and Care roles across geographies.

Qualifications

• First experience in a TA or recruiting role (in-house or agency).
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus.
• Strong people skills and a curious, good listener mindset.
• Leadership mindset: take ownership and drive results.
• Existing network in sales or customer success talent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms; build pipelines.
• Triage inbound applications and identify strongest fits quickly.
• Run intro calls to pre-screen candidates and create a great first impression of Ringover.
• Partner with Sales and Care managers to define candidate personas and write hiring briefs.
• Help review scorecards to ensure fair evaluation across candidates.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruiting events.
