The Rec Hub Limited in Paris seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client across EMEA. You will own end-to-end hiring for GTM and sales roles, sourcing top talent and optimizing processes to deliver high-quality hires quickly.

The role requires French and English fluency, independence, and strong stakeholder partnerships. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work in Paris (3 days a week in the office).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, especially GTM/sales hiring.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Confident working independently and managing stakeholders.
• Hands-on sourcing across passive and active talent pools.

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - French + English Speaking

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

Hybrid in Paris

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Paris (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers

• Help build out recruitment strategies that will support hiring over the next 12 months

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record across GTM/Sales hiring
• Fluent in French and English
