Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a fully remote Senior Sales professional to develop commercial relationships across Europe and select international markets. You will own the commercial journey from initial consultation through onboarding, engaging directly with senior stakeholders to understand needs and establish strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record engaging senior decision-makers and executives.
• Strong commercial acumen across multiple industries and markets.
• Experience working across countries, regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Portfolio or examples of comparable commercial outcomes requested.
• CV submitted in PDF format.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level commercial conversations with senior stakeholders across Europe and selected international markets.
• Assess client needs and strategic fit to guide engagement decisions.
• Navigate the full commercial lifecycle from initial consultation to onboarding and handover.
• Represent the organization professionally across industries and cultures.
• Prepare clear follow-ups, proposals, and next steps after meetings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and newly onboarded clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transitions.
• Balance high-volume conversations with quality and consultative approach.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen performance and drive regional growth across Europe.
