Job summary

Devop1 is seeking a Senior Candidate Recruiter for France to lead end-to-end recruiting for a fully remote global team. You will partner with clients to understand strategic hiring needs and design tailored recruitment processes.

You will source, screen, interview, and present top candidates, manage offers, and build long-term relationships with hiring managers. This role offers flexible scheduling and strong growth opportunities in a remote, worldwide environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency).
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices).
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews;
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to get a clear view of their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and provide training as needed.
• Network and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Contribute to further development, change management in the company.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
