Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited in Paris is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner fluent in French and English to lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and sales across our client portfolio. This fixed-term contract runs 12 months and follows a hybrid model with three days in the Paris office.

You will partner with business leaders, streamline hiring processes, and drive high-quality hires while managing stakeholder expectations and delivering timely results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with GTM/Sales hiring.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Able to work independently and manage stakeholders.

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support our client, hiring across EMEA.

It’s a broad role covering go-to-market and sales roles.

This is a hybrid role with some office time in Paris (3 days per week).

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do:
