Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Contract Full-Cycle Recruiter based in France for an independent, contractor engagement. You will manage end-to-end searches, from intake and sourcing through assessment and placement, partnering with clients to deliver high-touch recruitment for diverse specialties and seniority levels.

Qualifications

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple specialties and seniority levels.
• Hands-on use of multiple ATS (Zoho Recruit, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, Workday).
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Independent, organized, and able to manage changing priorities.
• Strong attention to confidentiality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment engagements from intake to placement.
• Develop tailored search strategies and pipelines.
• Coordinate job postings and screen candidates.
• Present qualified candidates with evidence-based summaries.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and report progress to clients.
• Manage client communications and expectations.
• Monitor pipeline and adapt strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality.
