Jobgether SRL is seeking a Recruitment Lead based in France for a fully remote, international talent acquisition environment. You will guide a team of Recruitment Specialists, oversee pipelines, coach team members, and drive performance while taking ownership of several searches.

Working alongside founders, you will manage end-to-end recruitment efforts, use metrics to identify gaps, and shape onboarding and workflows. The role offers a path to Recruitment Manager as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or high-growth environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruitment team to ensure quality, consistency and performance of hiring activities.
• Coach Recruitment Specialists; observe interviews and provide feedback.
• Attend client interviews and translate observations into actionable feedback.
• Manage weekly team performance scoreboard and track sourcing, interviews, and placements.
• Monitor active pipelines and intervene to keep searches progressing.
• Provide clients with weekly updates on open positions through to offer acceptance.
• Train new recruiters and refine workflows with founders.
• Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill and 90-day retention.
