CAMB.AI Ltd. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Pre-Sales & Solutions team) to join our team remotely in France as a contractor.

You will own post-sales relationships for Enterprise SaaS and live streaming solutions, drive onboarding and activation, monitor usage metrics, and identify upsell opportunities. You will serve as the primary product contact, coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations, and lead regular regional reviews with key clients.

Qualifications

3–6+ years experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and/or Pre-Sales.
AI, SaaS, Media Tech, Speech Tech, or Localization industries preferred.
Strong technical understanding (APIs, workflows, integrations preferred).
Experience with enterprise or mid-market clients.
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsabilités

Own post-sales relationships for key clients for our Enterprise SaaS and live streaming solutions.
Drive onboarding, activation, and product adoption.
Monitor usage metrics and proactively identify upsell opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries.
Coordinate internally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
Set up weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews with key clients.
Create onboarding documentation for new clients.
