Brevo is seeking a Digital Customer Success professional to manage a high-volume portfolio, drive renewal conversations, and promote adoption of best practices across our Pro offer. You’ll partner with Sales and Product teams to improve customer experience and outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Customer Experience or Marketing Projects, excellent French communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. This hybrid role supports remote work with local offices in France.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Experience, CSM or Marketing Project Manager.
• Excellent presentation and written communication in French.
• Customer-centric with strong marketing knowledge.
• Data-driven and collaborative across departments.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.

Responsabilités

• Execute high-volume engagement using 1-to-many strategies (emails, webinars, materials).
• Manage a high-volume portfolio, guiding customers to milestones via emails and meetings.
• Lead renewal discussions focusing on retention and growth.
• Monitor health scores and engage at-risk accounts proactively.
• Drive adoption of best practices through enablement sessions and webinars.
• Develop digital resources and 'Digital Journey' content to empower customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Experience to mitigate risk and unlock growth.
