Constructor.io is seeking a Customer Success Manager based in EMEA, ideally France, to help customers enhance revenue through improved search and product discovery on their websites and apps.

You will own the customer journey from kickoff, through adoption, to ongoing value realization, building trusted relationships with engineers, data teams, product leaders, and executives, and translating technical work into measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French required.
• 3+ years managing relationships with enterprise customers.
• Experience building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence to lead strategic conversations (QBRs/EBRs).
• Influencing and stakeholder-management skills without direct authority.
• Experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, or product discovery is valued.

Responsabilités

• Own the customer journey from kickoff to adoption and value realization.
• Build trusted relationships across complex enterprise organizations with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understand goals and align technical and business stakeholders around a shared success plan.
• Translate technical concepts and performance data into clear business value.
• Plan and lead QBRs and EBRs to communicate impact and set priorities.
• Identify risks, blockers, and changing priorities; escalate with clear business impact.
