Goodrecruiter in Europe is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Partner Manager for a fully remote role in EU timezone. You will drive onboarding, adoption and retention across a growing SaaS platform serving Food & Beverage clients.

Lead onboarding sessions, coordinate integrations, and manage projects to build long-term partnerships. Fluency in English and two of French, German, or Polish is preferred. Remote across Europe with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management in SaaS/digital environment.
• Proven record in onboarding and developing customers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• 70%: Customer onboarding & project management — lead onboarding sessions and training, coordinate projects, manage timelines, track performance, ensure go-lives.
• 30%: Account management & growth — main contact for portfolio, identify upsell opportunities, support sales in growing accounts, collect feedback, collaborate to improve customer journey.
