Qualifications

• Ideally 8–11 years in a customer-facing role with 5–7 years in pre-sales for enterprise software.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or programming languages (C/C++/Java/C#).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed cloud/on-prem systems.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and guide improvements using technology.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for leadership audiences.
• Ability to strategize with sales to coordinate multi-threaded account plans and resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies, communicating business value.
• Collaborate with sales to drive account success through planning, qualification, and pipeline strategies.
• Generate demand within the sales territory through initiatives, events, and ABM activities.
• Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and advocacy.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay updated on product suite.
