Thales is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager for the Identity and Access Management team located in the Philadelphia area, you will promote and position Thales’ robust Identity and Access Management portfolio of highly secure products and solutions into enterprise accounts. Your success will help secure the digital lives of millions of people.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  1. Drive net new revenue through new business within the assigned territory/region and exceed quotas.
  2. Proactively detect and create opportunities, identify and acquire potential customers directly or through Value Added Reseller (VAR) channels.
  3. Maintain and expand the business scope for customers based on set objectives, strategic planning, and Thales' global strategy.
  4. Collaborate with peers in other regions and internal colleagues to foster a positive team environment.
  5. Identify the customer’s Identity Journey, map current to future state, and align Thales products and solutions accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  2. 5+ years of strong consulting sales or Identity solution sales experience.
  3. Experience in selling SaaS offerings and/or software development consulting services.
  4. Strong business analysis, negotiation skills, and ability to build relationships with senior managers and C-Level executives. Knowledge of IT Security and Cybersecurity markets, marketing analysis skills.
  5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  6. Preferred: experience/knowledge in device authentication.
  7. Team and goal-oriented, highly organized, persistent, autonomous, accountable, and a strong leader.
  8. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

The estimated Total Target Compensation (TTC), including base salary and variable pay, ranges from $197,760 to $357,400 annually, depending on various factors including experience and performance.
