A leading research institute in France is seeking a Postdoc to work on a project focused on using methanol as a liquid hydrogen carrier. The ideal candidate will have a PhD and experience in molecular synthesis, particularly in homogeneous catalysis. Proficiency in English is important, and familiarity with organometallic chemistry is a plus. This full-time position offers a temporary contract with a starting date of January 5, 2026.

Qualifications

• Qualified in molecular synthesis with experience in homogeneous catalysis and air sensitive reactions.
• Experience in organometallic chemistry and/or high pressure reactors appreciated.
• Good level of English to conduct discussions fluently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct studies on the dehydrogenation of methanol.
• Research on methanol synthesis through CO2 hydrogenation.
