Job Summary

LVS Ascot is a high performing co‑educational and boarding school, with a reputation for all-round excellence. We are recruiting for a Porter and Transport Co‑ordinator to lead a team providing efficient and effective porterage and site support at LVS Ascot as well as vehicle fleet coordination and driver management.

We are looking for a professional team leader with “hands on” attributes, to work as part of our portering team undertaking activities including site set‑ups, post and deliveries, event support, traffic management and site lock up / unlock. The successful applicant will also coordinate the upkeep of the site’s vehicle fleet to ensure health and safety compliance as well as running team meetings and providing staff training. Applicants must have a strong awareness of HSE and hold a full clean driving licence. Full job description can be supplied upon request.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, two‑week alternating rota (10am – 6pm & 6am – 2pm) 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
