You will report directly to the Chief of Operations, and work closely with stakeholders across legal, science, finances and business.
You will own all things People, Culture, and HR, with a mix of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will play a key role in growing the team and managing a seamless experience for them everyday, while keeping us compliant, organized, and ready to scale. You will also contribute to the growth of the company with day-to-day operational and legal matters. You will partner with leadership to shape the future of our team.
