At Hexa, we don’t just create companies - we build, shape, and scale them. Over the past 12 years, we’ve co-created more than 45 startups including Aircall, Spendesk, and Front, by combining capital, operational expertise, and entrepreneurial talent.

Hexa Scale is how we bring that approach to post–product-market-fit companies. Just like we did with Yousign, we take majority stakes in strong software businesses and work hand in hand with founders to unlock growth and turn them into category leaders.

To bring this vision to life, we’re looking for entrepreneurs to team up with our founders Quentin, Thibaud, and Amaury, and with our first partner Augustin Celier, who kicked off Hexa Scale activity last year.

This is a rare chance to help define what Scale looks like, and build the next generation of breakout SaaS companies in Europe.

What you'll do

This isn’t a classic investor role, it’s an operator’s role.

At the intersection of Private Equity and entrepreneurship, Scale Partners don’t just source deals, they help grow the companies we back.

You’ll identify great software businesses, structure founder‑friendly partnerships, and work hand in hand with founders during the scale‑up phase. You’ll also help shape how Hexa Scale evolves, refining our playbook and expanding our reach.

🧭 Source and shape your own portfolio of scale-ups

• Lean into your domain expertise to sharpen your investment thesis, then source the ideal software companies that have real momentum and room to grow
• Lead a small team (principal or associate) to drive sourcing, analysis, and due diligence

🤝 Close deals and support fundraising efforts

• Build a compelling investment case for your sourced companies, grounded in a clear growth plan
• Create smart, tailored deal structures with support from Hexa’s Legal and Finance teams
• Collaborate with our Investor Relations team to bring in the right capital and co‑investors

⚙️ Work side by side with founders during scale-up

• Implement strategic improvements for growth alongside the entrepreneur
• Help recruit a late cofounder and key team members, with the help of our Talent team
• Coordinate internal and external experts — GTM, product, brand, and more — to unlock growth quickly
• Represent Hexa as a board member until exit
