A specialized recruitment agency is seeking a Trilingual Administrator for a part-time role in Paris. The candidate must be fluent in Japanese, French, and English, providing support in HR and administration while communicating between the French team and Japan headquarters. This role offers €3,000 – €4,000 per month and is ideal for individuals who are proactive and detail-oriented, with 2–5 years of relevant experience in a small-office environment.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in administration, HR support, or accounting support.
  • Strong ability to work effectively with French colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Japanese corporate culture is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Handle basic accounting administration, including invoices and expenses.
  • Coordinate with the Japan headquarters, frequently using Japanese documents.
  • Serve as a communication link between local French staff and HQ.
  • Prepare and submit internal reports.
  • Manage administrative processes such as lease car contracts.
  • Support general affairs like procurement and vendor liaison.
  • Provide occasional support to remote sales staff.
  • Collaborate with the French HR specialist on local labor matters.
