• Guarantee service quality, operational efficiency, and guest and team member satisfaction.
• Drive outlet profitability and contribute to promotion and overall management.
• Maintain quality standards (LQA, Forbes) and internal procedures.
• Coordinate communication between front-of-house and kitchen; lead, train and motivate the team.
