The role involves booking all aspects of business travel, managing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with travel policies. Candidates should have hands-on experience with major Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as AMADEUS, GALILEO, or SABRE, and be fluent in English and French. The position offers a French permanent contract with competitive salary and benefits.

• Hands-on experience with major Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
• Outstanding geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines.
• Passion for travel and commitment to service excellence.

Responsabilités

• Book all aspects of Business Travel including flights, rail, hotel, and car hire.
• Issue tickets and manage changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Oversee each booking while ensuring adherence to travel policies.
• Respond to client inquiries within Service Level Agreements.
• Manage travel projects for individuals and large groups.
