Responsabilités

• Ensure urgent packages reach the correct location on time.
• Answer incoming calls regarding shipment collection and delivery inquiries.
• Investigate failed shipments or collections and prioritise next-day delivery.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Communicate effectively with the team, manager and other operations stations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
