FedEx Logistics is seeking an Operations Support Agent to join our team in Gennevilliers. You will help ensure urgent packages are routed correctly and on time, while handling calls about collections and deliveries with accuracy and care.

You will input data into our tracking system and collaborate with peers, supervisors, and other stations, following FedEx processes and regulatory requirements. This role values clear communication, quick thinking, and meticulous work habits.

Responsabilités

• Ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time.
• Answer incoming calls regarding shipment collection and delivery inquiries.
• Check and investigate failed shipment deliveries or collections and reallocate for next day delivery.
• Enter data into our in-house tracking system.
• Collaborate with the team, your manager, and other operations stations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
