FRJ FedEx Express FR is seeking an Operations Support Agent to help ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time. You will handle customer calls about shipments, investigate failed deliveries, and reallocate tasks for next-day delivery.

You will enter data into the in-house tracking system, collaborate with your team and supervisors, and follow FedEx processes and regulatory requirements. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure urgent packages reach the correct destination on time.
• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding shipment pickup and delivery inquiries.
• Investigate failed shipments or pickups and reallocate tasks for next-day delivery.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system accurately.
• Collaborate with team, supervisor, and other operations stations for smooth operations.
• Adhere to FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
