The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in desktop support including Windows 10/11, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree and certifications in technical fields. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective support.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, ideally onsite.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.

Responsabilités
