A global IT services provider is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Rennes, France. This role involves providing first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and printers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with onboarding/offboarding employees. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 1+ years of experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician role.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Respond to service requests via ticketing systems and in-person.
• Install and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and peripheral issues.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding from a technical perspective.
