Candidates should have 2 to 7 years of experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow, and troubleshooting skills for complex systems. Immediate joiners or those available on short notice are preferred. This role involves managing tech tickets and delivering VIP support.

Qualifications

• 2 to 7 years of experience in IT support.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting Windows OS issues.
• Familiarity with service ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
