Teceze in France is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support to end users onsite in Bonneville. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and hands-on expertise with Windows OS, hardware, and software.

You will deploy OS images, manage SCCM/Intune, and handle AD/Azure AD user management, plus basic network tasks. The position is an onsite, 1+ year contract with immediate onboarding and VIP support responsibilities.

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on with Windows OS, hardware and software.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune deployments.
• Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and software issues.
• Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments.
• Manage SCCM/Intune deployments.
• Handle Active Directory / Azure AD user management.
• Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow.
• Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions.
• Deliver VIP / Executive support.
• Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards.
