A corporate monitoring company in Paris is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support within a corporate banking environment. You will deliver high-quality frontline support to end-users, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining system reliability across hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual in French and English and possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in enterprise-level environments. This long-term contract offers competitive day rates and overtime availability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments, business applications, and network connectivity.
• Experience within a banking or financial services environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users.
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and mobile device issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
• Support corporate mobile devices (configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues.
