Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a technical interview, so strong hands-on experience with the listed technologies is essential.

Contract Duration: 1+ Year contract, extendable

Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT support to end users
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and software issues
• Perform OS imaging, device setup, and deployments
• Provide basic network support (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
• Manage and resolve tickets using ServiceNow
• Support printers, industrial scanners, and AV solutions
• Deliver VIP / Executive support
• Ensure adherence to project and compliance standards
