Job summary
A&O IT Group in France is seeking an On-Site Desktop Support specialist to deliver hands-on support for user devices, software and conferencing systems at client locations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provision laptops, and manage devices using Intune and JAMF, while coordinating with third parties and the Service Desk.
The role focuses on end-user device support, BIOS and OS configuration, and assisting with live events and video room setups at designated client sites.
Qualifications
- Experience in on-site desktop support across hardware and software.
- Proficient with Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, JAMF).
- Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with third-party vendors.
Responsibilities
- Provide general onsite support for technology, equipment, and devices.
- Troubleshoot incidents for devices and software and resolve service requests at client locations.
- Perform laptops provisioning and OS-related tasks for Windows and MacOS.
- Coordinate with vendors and the service desk to complete issues and tickets.
- Assist with live events and video room setup as needed.
- Onsite troubleshooting of network and compute issues with infrastructure vendors.
