HCL Technologies Limited in France seeks a Senior Administrator - Desk Side Services to provide Level 2 onsite IT support for end-user computing, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room technologies, ensuring SLA adherence.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, manage incidents in ServiceNow, support JML processes, and assist with infrastructure deployments, with occasional after-hours support and travel to remote offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Desktop Support/EUC.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory and ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 2 onsite IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and meeting room AV.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS and network issues; perform imaging and software installation.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow; adhere to SLA and provide status updates.
• Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) activities and maintain asset inventory.
• Provide onsite support for remote offices and occasional after-hours support.
