Teceze, an IT services provider, seeks a reliable IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance when full-time engineers are unavailable. This role is based onsite in France, Grand Est, Cernay, and requires strong desktop/laptop troubleshooting, hardware support, and Office 365 experience.

The candidate will handle IMAC tasks, printer setups, AV support, and VIP end-user assistance while maintaining SLA adherence and a proactive knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Strong desktop and laptop troubleshooting and configuration skills.
• Hands-on hardware and peripheral device support.
• Basic networking knowledge (DHCP, DNS, LAN).
• Experience with Office 365 support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software per organizational standards.
• Perform IMAC activities for IT assets.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform break-fix.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for repairs and escalations.
• Manage IT inventory, asset tracking and documentation.
• Image systems for laptops/desktops.
• Support printers and network printer installations.
• Assist in conference room setup, AV support and meeting room tech.
• Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Support Office 365 issues and user accounts.
• Install and troubleshoot security/compliance software.
• Support Mac and Windows devices.
• Adhere to defined SLAs and document incidents/resolutions.
• Support after-hours events and meetings when required.
