Teceze in France seeks an IT Support Specialist to provide on-site support for desktops, laptops, printers, and conference room tech. The role involves hardware/software installation, IMAC activities, and proactive issue resolution.

You will manage IT inventory, coordinate with vendors, and ensure SLAs are met while delivering high-touch end-user support. The position requires independence and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and configuration of desktops and laptops.
• Hands-on hardware support and peripherals.
• Basic networking knowledge: DHCP, DNS, LAN.
• Printer setup and troubleshooting experience.
• Familiarity with Office 365 support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in inventory management and vendor coordination.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware/software per standards.
• Perform IMAC activities for IT assets.
• Handle hardware and software troubleshooting, including break-fix support.
• Coordinate with OEM/vendors for hardware repairs, replacements, and escalations.
• Manage and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and documentation.
• Perform system imaging for laptops and desktops.
• Support printer setup, troubleshooting, and network printer installations.
• Assist in conference room setup, AV support, and meeting room technologies.
• Provide VIP/end-user support with high-touch service.
• Support Office 365-related issues and general user account troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot compliance/security software.
• Provide support for Mac devices alongside Windows systems.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Support after-hours activities, events, and recurring meetings when required.
