Revenue and Growth at Ageras

The Revenue & Growth team at Ageras has two core missions :

  • Driving revenue by attracting and converting high-potential prospects.
  • Retaining users by increasing their activation, engagement, and lifetime value.

To achieve this, the team is made up of around 25 talented professionals across five specialized sub-teams : User Journey, Organic Acquisition, Revenue Operations, and Performance Marketing—which is where you come in.

Here’s a quick look at how the performance marketing team is structured :

  • Patric , Head of Performance marketing, and your future manager
  • The Performance Marketing team, made up of your five future colleagues, working from France, the Netherlands, and Denmark to tackle all acquisition challenges in our markets and who are at the forefront of scaling our customer acquisition efforts.

Your Role as a Marketing Data Engineer

As Marketing Data Engineer, you’ll be the technical powerhouse behind our marketing stack. Your job is to ensure that our data flows are accurate, privacy-compliant, and optimized to support all growth initiatives across the Ageras brands.

You’ll serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical implementation—one day collaborating with a product manager to track a new feature, the next working with legal to ensure GDPR-compliant solutions. This is not a support role. It’s a hands-on, tactical position that :

  • Powers platform learning and experimentation
  • Safeguards tracking integrity across apps, web, and our CDP

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Own our tracking infrastructure : Manage event tracking (GA4, Segment, GTM, Firebase, MMP) across web, app, and server environments.
  • Power campaign performance : Build conversion tracking and enable smart bidding via server-side integrations (CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions, TikTok, Snap, etc.).
  • Ensure data quality & attribution : Standardize UTMs, implement deduplication, and maintain attribution logic for accurate reporting.
  • Embed privacy & compliance : Implement Consent Mode v2, integrate CMPs, and ensure GDPR-compliant tracking practices.
  • Enable cross-platform visibility : Support mobile / app tracking with Firebase or AppsFlyer and align it with web
  • Drive cross-team alignment : Collaborate with growth marketers, legal, data, and product teams to translate business needs into robust tracking plans.

About you

  • Experience with GTM, GA4, server-side tracking, and tools like Segment or HubSpot
  • Strong command of ad platform integrations (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of CMPs, GDPR, and Consent Mode v2
  • Skilled in attribution modeling (multi-touch, first / last click) and customer data platforms
  • Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages as French or German are a plus.
  • Bonus : Experience with AppsFlyer, BigQuery / Snowflake, marketing mix modeling, or CCPA
  • Managed CDP integrations across both web and mobile
