We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @ Rippling.com addresses.

About the Role

We’re looking for a French‑speaking Campaigns Manager to drive pipeline generation, opt‑in database growth, and revenue impact across EMEA.

This role has a strong emphasis on audience building: creating, executing, and optimising programs that grow Rippling’s opted‑in marketing database through lead magnets, webinars, deminars, thought‑leadership communities, virtual experiences, newsletters and other demand‑generation engines.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role where you’ll build multi‑channel campaigns that engage, convert, and expand our active, permission‑based EMEA audience (and learn a lot along the way).

You will also be responsible for building out the early stages of our FR Marketing function and collaborate closely with sales, regional marketing, and central teams to deliver campaigns tailored to the FR market.

This position is based in our Dublin office three days a week and reports to the EMEA Director of Marketing with a dotted line to the EMEA Head of Demand Generation.

Language Requirement

French and English fluency required

Location Requirement

Please note that this role will be based in Dublin, Ireland. Relocation to Ireland will be provided by Rippling to those living in France.

What You’ll Do
Database Growth & Thought‑Leadership Campaigns
  • Build, manage, and scale opt‑in list acquisition programs focused on webinars, deminars, gamified webinar experiences, and value‑driven virtual events.
  • Launch and optimise prospect newsletters, EMEA content series, and lead‑magnet programs designed to convert cold audiences into opted‑in subscribers.
  • Partner with content, product marketing, and regional teams to develop thought‑leadership hooks that attract and grow high‑value audiences.

Own performance KPIs related to database growth, quality, engagement, and contribution to pipeline.

Integrated Campaigns & Virtual Event Execution
  • Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns for EMEA across multiple channels including email, webinars, events, newsletters, direct mail, and digital advertising.
  • Plan, manage, and execute virtual events and webinars for EMEA to drive awareness, pipeline, and opt‑in conversions.
  • Constantly test, refine, and improve acquisition mechanics (e.g., landing pages, registration flows, value propositions, incentives).
Localisation, Alignment & Reporting
  • Develop French‑specific messaging and localised content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Align closely with sales teams on account targeting, messaging, and priority campaigns.
  • Coordinate with central marketing to localise and adapt global programs for EMEA while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage analytics and reporting cadence—including opt‑in growth impact, engagement health, and campaign performance.
  • Use data to test, iterate, and optimise campaigns aimed at improving conversion rates and audience expansion.
What You’ll Need
  • Native or fluent French speaker
  • 5‑7 years of experience in campaign management, field marketing or demand generation in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience building opted‑in databases via webinars, virtual events, newsletters, and lead magnets
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Data‑driven approach to optimisation and experimentation
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with sales and cross‑functional teams
  • Self‑starter who takes ownership and gets things done in a fast‑paced environment
