A leading kitchen solutions provider is seeking a Market Manager to oversee project delivery and client relations across the Benelux region and France. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical sales, strong project management abilities, and fluency in French and English. Overview

In this position, you will act as the key contact person for franchisees, restaurant managers, and corporate partners across the Benelux region and France. As a Market Manager, you take full responsibility for the successful delivery of kitchen projects – from the first concept and planning phase to final realization on-site.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management for new kitchen installations and remodeling projects
  • Customer consulting and relationship management as the primary contact for key accounts
  • Sales planning and performance monitoring – driving business growth through strategic actions and data-based decisions
  • Promotion and business development – representing the company’s products and services in the market
  • Forecasting and reporting to ensure profitability and transparency
  • Complaint management and issue resolution – providing effective solutions and maintaining customer trust
Requirements
  • Completed business or technical degree, or equivalent qualification
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of technical or project-based products, ideally within the catering, construction, or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industries
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch or German language skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region
