A digital health platform is seeking a Lifecycle Product Specialist to manage and scale their customer engagement engine. You will focus on driving growth in premium subscription conversions and user retention through coordination with media, product, and data teams. Successful candidates should have expertise in lifecycle marketing, A/B testing, and analytics tools. This is a full-time remote position with an anticipated start date in January 2026.

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Product Specialist who can blend creativity, data fluency, and operational precision.

This person will help us run and scale our customer engagement engine, from weekly communications to sophisticated audience journeys, while driving measurable growth in premium subscription conversions and long-term user retention.

You’ll work closely with media, product, and data teams to ensure that everything we send, publish, or launch is coordinated, optimized, and aligned with our users’ real needs.

Responsibilities
  • Run and scale the customer engagement engine, managing weekly communications and audience journeys.
  • Drive measurable growth in premium subscription conversions and long-term user retention.
  • Coordinate with media, product, and data teams to optimize all customer‑facing assets.
Qualifications
  • Lifecycle marketing & automation (email, push, in‑app messaging)
  • CRM tools (Braze, Hubspot, Mailchimp, or equivalent)
  • Audience segmentation & targeting
  • A/B testing (setup, execution, analysis)
  • Product messaging for feature launches & user onboarding
  • UX writing / microcopy (tooltips, flows, in‑app guidance)
  • Analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar)
  • Subscription conversion & retention optimization
  • User journey building (activation → engagement → retention)
  • Nice to have: AI‑assisted workflow creation (content, testing, automation)
Employment Details

Full Time, Full Remote, no planned travel.
