We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a Swiss telemedicine startup and take ownership of building a modern SaaS product from the ground up. You will lead both the frontend and backend, ensuring the product is fast, reliable, and scalable.

Your qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript development
• Proven experience with React and building responsive UIs with clean component architecture and great UX
• Solid backend experience with Node.js/Next.js (or similar) and relational databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase is a plus)
• Experience designing secure APIs and implementing role-based permissions
• Familiarity with payment system integrations (Stripe, Paddle), third-party APIs, and webhooks
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and performance optimisation
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

• Experience with SaaS product architecture development
