PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Strategic Partnership assistant to support the Head of Samsung Business. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between Samsung and the global Thales organization. You will not just be a manager; you will be a connector and a business enabler. Your mission is to navigate the internal structures of Thales (GBUs/BLs), leveraging your Thales network, French language skills to facilitate cooperation, while also ensuring rigorous business planning and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Business Planning & Reporting: collaborate with relevant Global Business Units (GBUs) to monitor and analyze business performance; prepare and present periodic reports on short‑term and mid‑to‑long‑term revenue status, business forecasts, and pipeline updates for the Samsung account.
  • Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: lead Customer Satisfaction Surveys, manage end‑to‑end process of customer feedback, analysis, and follow‑up actions to ensure continuous improvement; drive Customer Engagement Projects, plan and execute initiatives to enhance the quality of the partnership and deepen the relationship with Samsung key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Liaison & Internal Navigation: act as the primary liaison between the local Samsung account team and Thales HQ/Global divisions (France), bridging cultural and communication gaps; proactively identify and engage with key stakeholders within Thales’ global organization to solve problems and speed up decision‑making.
  • Executive Support: support the Head of Business in executing strategic initiatives and organizing C‑level meetings/workshops; be the central interface point between customer and Thales divisions and coordinate the actions accordingly for continuous promotion.
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Experience: 3~5 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Strategic Planning.
  • Language: Fluent in French and English is essential; Korean speaking is preferred.
  • Thales Knowledge: Strong understanding of Thales’ organization, culture, and internal processes is highly preferred.
  • Analytical: Good at reading numbers or finding messages from key figures.
  • Work Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business needs.
  • We value character and attitude as much as experience. We are looking for someone who embodies infectious positivity, intellectual curiosity, proactive relationship building, and resilience – a bright, high‑energy personality that lifts the spirit of the team, loves asking "why", and actively seeks solutions in complex organizations.

At Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do. Here, you’ll feel empowered to bring your best self, thrive in a supportive culture, and love the work you do. Join us, and be part of a team reimagining technology to create solutions that truly make a difference – for a safer, greener, and more inclusive world.
