Role Overview

We seek a strategic, data-driven Influencer and partner Manager to elevate our influencer marketing efforts. This role will attract, recruit, and manage influencer and creator partnerships via Superfiliate and other platforms, ensuring our brand reaches a larger, more engaged audience. You will own the entire influencer lifecycle, from scouting and onboarding to performance tracking and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer Recruitment & Outreach
  • Identify, research, and recruit influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors who align with HALF BAK'D’s brand values and target audience.
  • Build and nurture relationships with micro, macro, and celebrity influencers across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
  • Manage influencer onboarding, ensuring smooth communication, contract negotiation, and activation on Superfiliate.
Campaign Management & Execution
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Create campaign briefs, ensuring influencers deliver on‑brand content optimized for performance.
  • Oversee product seeding, ensuring influencers receive and showcase products in engaging ways.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance using Superfiliate’s tracking tools and other analytics platforms.
  • Optimize partnerships based on KPIs (engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Report on influencer marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Community Building & Engagement
  • Foster long‑term relationships with influencers, turning them into genuine brand advocates.
  • Manage HALF BAK'D’s affiliate and ambassador program, ensuring partners are motivated and well‑supported.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator economy trends.
  • Experience using influencer platforms such as Superfiliate, Aspire, Upfluence, or GRIN is a plus.
  • Proven ability to drive performance‑based influencer programs beyond just awareness campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build authentic relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting data to enhance influencer strategies.
  • Passion for the cannabis, hemp, or alternative wellness industries is a strong advantage.
