Zefir is hiring an SDR in Paris to be the first point of contact for inbound prospects. You will qualify leads, present Zefir’s value, and book follow-up meetings with Account Executives, joining a fast-growing European home-sales AI startup.

You will handle a high volume of qualified appointments with strong organization, while collaborating closely with Account Executives to optimize conversion and customer experience. Flexible remote options and Paris office support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Rigorous and well organized with ability to manage many client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Run first qualification calls (20–30 minutes) to understand needs and book follow-ups.
• Handle high volume of qualified appointments with diligent follow-up.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize conversions and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Move leads through the funnel contributing to company growth.
