Zefir in Paris is seeking an Account Executive for the Business Team to drive growth by building a community of real estate agents. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, identifying high-potential agents, and collaborating with Account Management and Operations to optimize processes.

• A first experience in B2B prospecting and closing, ideally with limited or no inbound leads.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting strategy, qualification, closing, and onboarding.
