Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France. The Business Development Representative will be the first commercial contact with prospects, focusing on reactivating homeowners who used our valuation tool but didn't book yet.

Based in Paris, this hybrid role combines high-volume calling (about 100 calls daily) with qualification calls, a strong emphasis on pipeline management, and collaboration with Account Executives to drive growth and revenue.

Qualifications

0 to 2 years of experience, junior profile learning sales on the phone.
Master's level graduate from a business/engineering school or university, or first experience in BDR/SDR/sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication; French fluency required; English a plus.

Responsabilités

Handle around 100 calls per day with a target of 3–4 meetings booked daily.
Run ~20 minute qualification calls to understand client project and book follow-up with Account Executive.
Keep rigorous track of pipeline and move leads through the sales funnel.
Collaborate with Account Executives to maximize conversion and drive growth.
